Main office, Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm; School based: Monday-Thursday 8:30am-3:30pm, Fridays 8:30am-1:45pm

California residents between the ages of 6 and 22 who: receive public special education services, are blind, visually impaired or multidisabled require services not available in the school district, would not be more appropriately served by other agencies
