Programs that make complete sets of fingerprints as required by the U.S. Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services for people who are applying for naturalization or other immigration benefits. The prints are used to conduct FBI criminal background checks prior to approval of immigration status or benefits. Authorized fingerprint sites include BCIS offices, BCIS Application Support Centers, designated law enforcement agencies, and U.S. consular offices and military installations abroad.
